The location of the hotel was perfect, with shops and amenities just a short walk away. The proximity to the beach was a huge bonus, as we could easily spend our days lounging in the sun and enjoying the ocean. We also appreciated the well-maintained grounds and the pool, which provided a refreshing break from the beach.
Our room was not up to par in terms of cleanliness. There were visible signs of neglect, such as dirty windows and fans covered in thick dust.

Thought Burleigh Point was actually at Burleigh Heads. However we enjoyed our stay.

The location
Having a small family there was no lift, it was quite noisy and right next door to the pub. y own fault I should have researched it better.

This beachfront hotel is in a convenient location, with the beach just across the road. It is situated in a safe and secure area, with everything you need within walking distance. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. the friendly staff and smooth check-in process make for a pleasant experience. the hotel provides secure underground parking, ensuring peace of mind.
The hotel lacks proper communication and fails to provide adequate supplies such as toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry powder, and fry pans. the WiFi is also quite expensive.

This hotel was disgusting. The ensuite smelled of dog. Someone had a dog in that hotel room bathroom. The carpets smelt so bad. They were so dirty. The fresh towels took 2 hours to get to our room. There were no main lights in the bedrooms because the manager didn't have any spares. The main toilet was not working. We didn't find that out until a family member did number two's in the toilrt and we were left with that. I called and left a message with management. They never got back to me. Simply ignored me. How disgusting. We had big drip marks over our heads in the main bedroom. Thank goodness it didn't rain we would of had raindrops on our foreheads. No garbage bag in the garbage bin. Tiles in bathroom all cracked and one piece falling out

This hotel is great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is unbeatable, as it is right next door to a tavern and just across from the beach. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including the two bathrooms, are very convenient. The rooms offer beautiful views and have well-equipped kitchen facilities, perfect for a comfortable stay.
All was well, no improvements needed.

location
Firstly the manner of the person checking us in was unsatisfactory and spoke very rudely to us as for the room had ants on bathroom vanity, stained doona, kitchen utensils just thrown in draw electric jug was filthy (which we did not use) toaster in cupboard crumbs all around out door balcony setting was filthy filter on dryer had not been cleaned. were told unit would be only cleaned once for 8 day stay did not happen their excuse was they needed our permission to enter room they were unable to contact us even though we had phone in room also had our mobile number the day we planned to use barbecue facilities at property they had what I believe was a corporate meeting in this area starting at 9.30am and were still there at 1.10pm without courtesy of letting anyone know this would be happening it was a holiday from hell a waste of time and money the only good thing was the day we checked out we would have gone else where but were held to ransom regarding deposit

We found the apartment comfortable. It does need a bit of a upgrade though. No aircon.! Some tiles cracked and missing. We would stay there again.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The beach was so close, making it easy for me to enjoy the beautiful coastline. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool and spa. The complex was clean and tidy, and the staff were extremely helpful. It was such a relief to have parking available, making it convenient for me to explore this city. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and friendly staff made my stay here unforgettable.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The location, parking, amenities to cook and wash were good.
The beds were the worse I have ever had to put my kids on, you can feel the springs through them, the lounge was shocking and previously been used for more then just to sit on....., The fan controls had been damaged and repaired with tape.

Great location right by the beach and within walking distance to all amenities. Our apartment was well equipped with all the basics and had a beautiful view of the ocean and hinterland. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
The apartment felt a bit outdated and in need of some modernization. the furniture and decor were a bit old-fashioned and worn, which detracted from the overall experience.
